Secure storage
At our secure Dublin 15 facility, we take in and unload deliveries of new furniture and OS&E, condition-check incoming goods, record and flag visible damage or discrepancies, inventory and store items, then release them in the sequence your site needs.

Refurbishment & moves
Decant floors, protect and store existing furniture and goods to clear space for refurbishments or events, then return and reposition items to the agreed plan.

What does FF&E mean for a hotel?
FF&E means furniture, fixtures and equipment, such as beds, seating, desks, lighting and other items specified for guestrooms and shared areas. Cronin Group handles the logistics, storage, transport, assembly and positioning agreed for your project.
Can you handle OS&E as well as furniture?
Yes. OS&E means operating supplies and equipment. We can plan receipt, storage, picking and distribution of agreed OS&E alongside FF&E so items arrive at the right stage of the fit-out or opening programme.
Can you work around an operating hotel?
Yes. We plan access, routes, protection, working hours and phased delivery with the hotel and principal contractor to reduce disruption to guests and staff. The precise method is agreed after a site review.
Can you decant hotel floors for refurbishment or events?
Yes. We can remove, label, protect and store furniture and other agreed goods to clear rooms or floors. We then plan re-delivery and placement around the refurbishment or event schedule.
Where do you store hotel FF&E?
Our secure storage facility is in Damastown, Dublin 15. We can take in and unload new furniture and OS&E, condition-check and record incoming goods, inventory and store them, then release goods for scheduled deliveries to hotel projects across Ireland.
Who will coordinate suppliers and site deliveries?
An experienced Cronin Group point of contact coordinates the agreed logistics plan with your project team, suppliers, designer and contractor, including delivery sequencing and changes.
How do you manage health, safety and waste?
We use project-specific planning, risk assessments and RAMS as appropriate to the work and site. Cronin Group holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and a national waste licence for compliant clearance.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Send the hotel location, opening or refurbishment dates, approximate room count, item or supplier list, storage needs, access constraints and whether you need assembly, positioning or clearance. We can then arrange a call or site survey.
