Our Workplace Relocations team were engaged by Hubspot to support them with their office relocation. The office removal for Hubspot involved moving their entire team from the Ground floor, 30 north Wall Quay to the 3rd & 4th floors of One and Two, Docklands Central, Guild Street.
WHAT WAS INVOLVED
The office removal for Hubspot involved our team supporting the business with the relocation planning and project management. Our Workplace Relocations team provided a professional moving and packing service, with our Project Manager reporting into the Hubspot Project Manager Lindsey O’Connell.
The move involved the relocation of highly sensitive Server equipment, approx. 230 desktop systems, and 230 personal crates.
Also, as part of the move was a requirement for I.T disconnection / Reconnection. Included in this service was the removal of the old monitor stands, transport to the new desk location, mounting to the new monitor arms in situ and cable management. A dedicated Cronin I.T team carried professionally packed each unit, transported them to the new location, and unpacked and reconnected each one.
THE OUTCOME
The office removal for Hubspot took place over the weekend of 15th September to minimise disruption to the business. As a result, all Hubspot personnel were fully operational in their new locations on Monday morning.
