Jazz Pharmaceuticals were seeking to relocate approximately 140 staff, over 2 phases, from their existing offices on Burlington Road to their new Headquarters in Waterloo Exchange, Ballsbridge. Cronin Movers Group was selected as part of a tendering process to carry out these moves.

WHAT WAS INVOLVED

This office relocation involved instrumental planning, project management and a professional packing and moving service from a dedicated team in Cronin Movers reporting into the Jazz Pharmaceuticals Project Team.
The relocation to new headquarters involved the moving of desktop IT equipment, personal effects and sensitive documentation along with selected furniture from the origin location.

As part of the desktop I.T. equipment move there was a requirement for I.T. disconnection / reconnection services coupled with mounting the monitors onto new monitor arms at destination prior to reconnection. Our dedicated I.T. team was tasked with carrying out these functions in an accurate, timely and professional manner.

THE OUTCOME

The office relocation to new headquarters took place over two dates in January and March, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals are now fully operational in their new premises.
