Indeed Ireland completed the fit-out of their newly refurbished ground floor which gave them full occupancy of their building on St Stephens Green Dublin for the Indeed European HQ. Indeed required a Workplace Relocation partner to support their internal office moves from various locations throughout the building to the newly refurbished Ground floor. Cronin Movers were selected to carry out these important moves.

WHAT WAS INVOLVED

Office moves in a large organisation require careful planning and project management to minimise disruption to the business. Our Workplace Relocations team provided a professional with from a dedicated team reporting into the Indeed project manager Sarah O’Shaughnessy.

Phase 1 of the project was for the positioning of 150 new IT desktop systems on the ground floor which involved the unpacking, assembly, installation and cable management, and removal of the debris for environmentally friendly disposal. A dedicated Cronin I.T team professionally carried out this phase and insured all systems are ready for the each member of staff.

Phase 2 of the project involved the internal relocation of 150 personnel and their associated equipment from various locations throughout the building to the newly refurbished Ground floor.

Also, as part of the move was a requirement for I.T disconnection / Reconnection.

THE OUTCOME

The office moves in this project involved multiple teams and departments and took place over the weekend of 8th September. Our dedicated moving professionals and IT team created a seamless process from start to finish ensuring every member of staff was happy arriving at their new desk location on Monday morning.
